Are teachers actually skilled for the changes of the modern child? Empty Are teachers actually skilled for the changes of the modern child?

Teachers are programmed to deliver syllabuses designed from outdated curriculums. Children learn nothing about how to manage their future with tasks such as personal responsibility and accountability which ends up developing into distresses with life itself.
Issues such as how to make sensible decisions before choosing to have families, what are taxes, what is finance and interest rates and so on.
If you was to add changes to the school curriculum what would you add?

Very true. Most of the syllabus is outdated. World is changing every day, every hour, every minute, every second so education system have to make sure that their syllabus & ways of teaching also get change according. Their should be a lecture in a school on sex education. Then also teacher's can arrange a motivation class to motivate student's to share their problems with their parents or with their teachers due to which student suicide ratio would get decrease.

Yes They are , but then are they doing it on their free will or because they have no other choice ?? I believe most of these educators join education as a last resort employment and hence don't care much about what they give to students . But why should Education Employments be considered as the last resort ?? What can be done so educators join education on a free will not on a last choice ?
