Should equally treated

I have a thought in my mind "Caste based education system is not practical". Authorities have to understand all children should be treat equally and all of them should get a equal chance to shine.

This sounds like a very interesting topic. I would like to know more about how the present caste system works ?

Caste is the biggest issue in India. Their are higher caste, Middle caste, Lower caste & Dalits (which is also called untouchable caste). Indian government comes up with different schemes for different castes in education system but still backward castes has not yet achieved almost nothing in jobs, college enrollments & academic sphere. So my thought is their should not be any differences in education. People of all caste should get an equal opportunities in their lives.
